Despite some of the external forces affecting company growth such as strong online retail sales during economic downturn in United State, one should also focus on its effort on developing technological products and services: Kindle and MP3 sales are the good examples, or services like MTurk show that Amazon is still one of the best player who know how to make use of wisdom of the crowd.
